Our rates start at $0.95/min for a 7-10 business day turnaround time. If you have a file that is 20 minutes long, the cost will be $19. A 3-5 business day turnaround costs $1.20/min, and a 24-hour turnaround costs $2.40/min. Timestamps and verbatim transcription each cost an additional $0.25/min. No, we do not offer discounts for bulk orders. Our goal is to price our services as competitively as possible, without sacrificing quality.
If you aren’t satisfied with your order, let us know within 14 days of receiving your transcripts. We’ll work with you to resolve any concern. If we are unable to find an adequate resolution, we’ll process a full refund at your request. Click here for more information on our refund policy.

We charge per minute of audio we transcribe. If you have 100 minutes of audio and order our standard turnaround time, the total cost will be $120 ($1.20 per audio minute transcribed).

We provide high quality transcription and translation services to a variety of institutions and individuals. Founded in 2016 and based in California, we work with 500+ clients in 5 countries.
Our transcription process is based on the highest quality standards.
Our transcription process is built around consistently delivering high quality transcripts to our clients. We hire talented transcriptionists, uphold high internal quality standards, and have each transcript reviewed by our experienced team prior to delivery. Many clients are surprised to learn we do not use speech-recognition software. High quality transcription requires an understanding of the nuances of language and the context in which it is spoken. That is why all of our transcripts are human-generated and human-reviewed.

We want our clients to view us as a partner. Our transcription clients span a broad range of industries and bring with them a variety of transcription needs. Whether you are a post-graduate student having research interviews transcribed, a law firm having video testimony transcribed, or a Fortune 500 company having business meetings transcribed for internal use and future reference; we know your work is important, and we strive to produce high quality work that helps you achieve your objectives.
Security, privacy, and confidentiality are top priorities.
Many of our clients deal with sensitive, confidential recordings. Based on your needs, we are able to redact specific names or other information from the transcript to maintain confidentiality. All files are encrypted during transmission, and our transcriptionists and managerial team are under strict non-disclosure agreements. Client audio files are typically stored on our private server for 6 months, but they can be deleted as soon as 14 days after delivery upon client request. Finished transcripts are stored on our server and uploaded to our client portal, when applicable. Payments are processed securely and data is transmitted directly to our two payment processors: PayPal and Stripe. We do not receive or store any payment information.
